Write for GuglyTech

We publish a small number of guest articles from people who use AI tools in their real work — marketers, creators, developers, educators, and analysts. If you have hands-on experience worth sharing, we’d like to hear from you.

What we’re looking for

Topics we accept

  • Real workflows. How you use AI tools to get a specific job done, with results.
  • Hands-on comparisons. Tools you have actually used side by side.
  • Tutorials. Step-by-step guides with your own screenshots.
  • Prompting techniques. Methods backed by real examples and outputs.
  • Honest lessons. What failed, what it cost, and what you’d do differently.

Topics we don’t accept

  • Press releases or promotional posts about a product you own or sell
  • Generic “Top 10” lists without hands-on testing
  • Gambling, adult, CBD, loans, crypto trading, or essay-writing services
  • AI jailbreaks, ToS workarounds, or NSFW AI content
  • Topics unrelated to AI tools and tech

Content standards

01

Original & unpublished

Your article must not appear anywhere else, including your own blog. Every submission goes through a plagiarism check.

02

Based on real use

Write from your own experience. Include your own screenshots, outputs, or data where they help the reader.

03

Sourced & accurate

Link pricing, stats, and technical claims to official or primary sources. No invented numbers.

04

Human-edited

You may use AI to help draft, but you must fact-check and rewrite the result yourself. Unedited AI text is declined.

05

Useful length

Most accepted articles run 1,200–2,500 words. Length should match the topic — no padding.

06

We edit

Our editors may change headlines, structure, and wording for clarity, accuracy, and style. You’ll see the final version before it goes live.

Our link policy

  • We don’t sell posts or links. We never accept payment, gifts, or link exchanges for publishing a guest article. Offers of payment are declined.
  • One bio link. You get an author bio with one link to your website, portfolio, or professional profile.
  • Body links are editorial. Links inside the article are allowed only when they genuinely help the reader. Our editors decide which stay.
  • All contributor links are nofollow. Links added by guest authors carry rel="nofollow", following Google’s guidance on guest content.
  • No keyword-stuffed anchors. Links use natural, descriptive text — not exact-match commercial phrases.

If your main goal is a backlink, this isn’t the right fit. We publish guest articles for our readers, not for link building.

Author requirements

  • Your real name and a professional headshot
  • A short bio (2–3 sentences) explaining your experience with the topic
  • A public profile such as LinkedIn, GitHub, or a portfolio, so readers can verify who wrote the piece

Every guest article is published under the contributor’s own byline, clearly separate from GuglyTech’s own reviews and Editor’s Scores.

How to pitch

Send a pitch, not a finished article. Use this format:

Subject: Guest Pitch – [Your topic]

1. Two or three topic ideas, each with a short outline
2. How you use the AI tool(s) in your own work
3. Links to two published writing samples
4. Your LinkedIn or portfolio link

We reply to pitches we want to move forward with, usually within 7–10 days. If you don’t hear back in two weeks, we’ve passed on that topic this time.

By submitting, you agree that the published article is exclusive to GuglyTech. You may quote a short excerpt elsewhere with a link back to the full piece.
